Zach and Eli's 3rd Birthday!

Happy 3rd Birthday Zachary and Eli!

I accidentally dropped the scoop of icecream on Eli while posing. He was less than pleased.

Zach and Eli turned 3 on April 22nd! They are getting so big, so fast! On Tuesday we took them to the zoo, where they rode the camels with Daddy. We also made homemade cupcakes for their birthday dinner. The highlight of their day was getting to hold their baby brother for the first time. They were so excited to finally hold Benjamin.

On Saturday, we had their birthday party at the Little Ponderosa Petting Zoo. They rode ponies, fed sheep, zebras, goats, camels, ostriches, and all sorts of animals. But despite all of that, Ned was the hit of the party. He was surrounded the whole time by children requesting balloon animals and swords. That class really paid off! Next year, I am going to get him a clown outfit! Zach and Eli had a wonderful time at the party with all of their friends! And Ned and I are spending a wonderful Sunday recuperating from their birthday week. Thanks to all who came to celebrate with us!

Baby Benjamin's First Photo Session

Baby Benjamin Is Here!

Baby Benjamin was born on February 19th! Everything went great! He is such a doll. We came home from the hospital yesterday. And with lots of help from Grammy, Yiayia, and Papaw, we may all survive the week! He weighed 7 lbs 15 oz and was 20.5 inches long. Zach and Eli seem thrilled to have a baby brother. Benjamin let it be known last night that he prefers to sleep in between Mommy and Daddy in our bed over his bassinet. We'll see how long he gets a pass on that!

Bath Time

Just thought I'd share some pictures of bath time. The boys love bubble baths. And they love their new airplane towels from Aunt Becky and Uncle Scott!


I turned 30 this past weekend! Getting old! I had a wonderful birthday. We went to the Pancake Pantry for breakfast and then we took the boys to the aquarium. Later, my mom and sister came to town for dinner and cake. Zach and Eli helped me blow my candles out and open my presents. They love birthday parties!

Christmas Eve

We baked Christmas cookies for Santa this morning! And the boys are on a sugar high! They had so much fun making, decorating, and eating their cookies and decorations. Now, they are singing Christmas carols to each other at the top of their lungs, in their cribs, instead of napping. We're looking forward to Santa's visit tonight!

Portraits of the Boys

The boys are 31 months now. This was the easiest portrait session I have had with them yet. Eli loved smiling for the camera and saying "cheese" as loud as he could, everytime. They are really excited about Christmas. They keep telling me that they are good boys so "Christmas will come down the chimney" and bring them presents. I am getting larger and larger myself as the end of February quickly approaches. We all have lots to look forward to!
